  • Delivery time: 4–6 business days
  • Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders within Australia
  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days (processing + shipping)

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@serena-harper.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still return the item in line with our Refund Policy. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with an issue such as damage, a defect, or receiving the wrong item please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at support@serena-harper.com.

To help us resolve your case quickly, include:

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including covering any return shipping costs.


Delivery Delays

If your package hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, we recommend allowing an additional 2–3 business days for possible carrier delays.
