Serena Harper Return & Exchange Guidelines

At Serena Harper, we take pride in offering products we believe in. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. This policy is designed to make returns and exchanges clear, fair, and easy to follow.

1. Returns & Exchanges Overview

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original state — unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process requests made after the 30-day window.


2. Starting a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@serena-harper.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason
  • Our team will review your request and send you the necessary return instructions, including the return address
  • Securely pack the item(s), and include either your invoice or a note with your order details
  • Ship the package to the address provided

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll move forward with your refund or exchange if everything meets the requirements.


3. Refund Process

After your return has been approved, refunds are issued within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges from the original order are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective product

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@serena-harper.com.

We’ll take care of the situation by covering return shipping and offering either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
